 I used to call this fried chicken is Buk Jero Fried Chicken. I took this title because the owner himself is a descendant of the Jero , and customers who come there used to call the owner to call Buk Jero . This fried chicken is different with other fried chicken because it tastes so good, and spice flavors between sweet, salty and savory into one so as to create a sense of fried chicken and another that is so typical of the other fried chicken that is sold in other food stalls.
